Monthly and annual subscriptions renew on their selected cadence. Monthly billing does not reset the annual registration quota. Cancel renewal from Billing & plan; access to new paid operations ends at the paid-through boundary. Failed renewal does not add unpaid grace.
After expiration or cancellation, you can retain authenticated read access to your own existing evidence, receipts, packages, and billing status. New paid operations require active entitlement. Contact support about refund decisions; a refund does not erase issued evidence.
